Project Manager (Construction) – UAE & KSA

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE and KSA. This pivotal role requires an exceptional leader who can manage all facets of project execution, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, driving progress and maintaining strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct all project activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Oversee and manage subcontractors and consultants, fostering a collaborative environment while holding all parties accountable for deliverables.
Develop and implement robust project plans, including detailed program leadership and progress tracking with a focus on P6 proficiency.
Prepare and present detailed progress reports, manage risk registers, and implement change control procedures to mitigate potential issues.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management within the GCC construction industry.
Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 and extensive exposure to FIDIC contracts.
Demonstrable track record of successfully managing complex builds and large-scale infrastructure projects.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
