HSE Manager/Engineer (NEBOSH)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager or Engineer to elevate safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance on live project sites and during shutdowns. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, responsible for implementing and overseeing all health, safety, and environmental protocols. Your role is vital in protecting our workforce and assets, upholding the highest standards of safety excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and other critical safety procedures.
Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings to ensure all staff are aware of best practices and protocols.
Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Perform routine safety audits and inspections to ensure continuous compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Health, Safety, and Environment role, preferably with exposure to GCC megaprojects.
A NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
Exceptional skills in coordinating with subcontractors and managing safety on large, complex sites.
Strong knowledge of international and regional HSE regulations and best practices.
